Permanent makeup — also called cosmetic tattooing, or sulam in Indonesian — puts pigment into the top layer of skin to restore colour and definition that's faded. Ours is deliberately soft. The goal is that nobody can tell, and that you stop thinking about that feature altogether.

Restores your natural lip colour and redefines a lip line that's gone soft. Makes lips read fuller without adding volume. Lasts two to three years.

Every appointment uses a sealed single-use needle cartridge, opened in front of you. Pigments are vegan, cruelty-free, batch-numbered, and we log which batch went into your treatment. The room is fully sanitised between clients and we work gloved throughout. Ask to see the packaging any time; we'd rather you did.
Your treatment is performed by one of our qualified permanent makeup artists.
Permanent makeup isn't suitable if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, taking Accutane/Roaccutane (wait six months after finishing), diabetic without your doctor's clearance, on blood thinners, prone to keloid scarring, or under 18. Tell us about cold sores before a lip appointment — an antiviral course started two days beforehand prevents a flare-up.
Both treatments need a clear ten days away from ocean, pool and direct sun while they heal. If you're visiting Bali on a short trip, plan around that rather than hoping for the best.
