60 min IDR 200K · 90 min IDR 290K · Second trimester onwards · Jl. Raya Uluwatu No. 75X, Ungasan · Open 9am–9pm daily
Pregnancy massage here is the Balinese technique adapted properly, not a lighter version of the normal treatment. You lie on your side, supported by bolster pillows under the bump, between the knees and along the back, and we turn you once at the halfway point. Gentle to medium pressure, unscented oil, and no heat treatments. We work the lower back, hips, shoulders, legs and swollen feet, and we deliberately avoid deep abdominal work and strong pressure on the lower back and ankles. We take guests from the start of the second trimester. Sixty minutes is IDR 200K, ninety is IDR 290K.
Eleven full-body treatments and nine focused 30-minute options, all at Ungasan prices — useful for whoever is travelling with you.
We set your table up side-lying with bolster support while your partner has anything they like, in the same private room. From IDR 400K for two.
For swollen ankles and tired feet in the third trimester. Light pressure, and we avoid the points traditionally avoided in pregnancy. 60 min IDR 220K.
What to book once the baby has arrived, or for whoever came with you. Medium pressure, warm oil, whole body. 60 min IDR 200K.
Not for pregnancy, but the right answer for a partner with a week of surfing in their shoulders. 60 min IDR 240K.
A pregnancy massage costs the same here as a standard Balinese massage — there is no surcharge for the extra setup. Sixty minutes covers back, hips, shoulders, legs and feet. Ninety is worth it in the third trimester, when the lower back and ankles both want attention and rushing either one is pointless.

Tell us how many weeks you are when you book so the room and bolsters are ready when you arrive.
Sixty or ninety minutes, on your side throughout.
You lie on your side with a bolster under the bump, one between the knees and one supporting your back. It should feel like the most comfortable you have been all week. We adjust until it does.
Where most of the discomfort lives by the second trimester. Gentle to medium pressure, broad and slow, avoiding strong direct work on the lower back.
We turn you once, halfway. Shoulders and upper back, then the legs, with light upward strokes through swollen calves and ankles.
Light foot work to finish, avoiding the ankle and heel points traditionally avoided in pregnancy. Then ginger tea, and take your time getting up.
Massage is widely considered safe in the second and third trimesters when it is done side-lying with gentle pressure and the appropriate areas avoided, which is how we work. First trimester, complicated pregnancies and any medical condition should be cleared with your doctor or midwife first.
From the start of the second trimester, around 13 weeks. Before that we ask you to check with your doctor.
IDR 200K for 60 minutes and IDR 290K for 90 minutes, the same as our standard Balinese massage.
No, never. You lie on your side supported by bolster pillows, and we turn you once halfway through.
No. Cut-out tables can leave the belly unsupported and strain the lower back, so we use side-lying with proper bolstering instead.
Unscented by default. We avoid strong essential oils entirely during pregnancy.
Yes, as a couples booking with two therapists in one room, with your table set up for side-lying support.
