Reflexology 60 min IDR 220K · Foot massage 30 min IDR 130K · JI. Raya Uluwatu.75X, Ungasan, Kec. Kuta Sel., Kabupaten Badung, Bali · Open 9am–9pm daily
The Bukit is hard on feet. Beach steps at Bingin, scooter footpegs, barefoot walks over hot sand, and by day four your arches have had enough. Every reflexology and foot session here starts with a warm herbal foot soak, then moves into sustained thumb and knuckle pressure through the soles, the arches, the heels and the reflex zones, finishing up through the calves. It is done clothed, in a reclining chair or on a table, and you keep your trousers on rolled past the calf. Sixty minutes is IDR 220K, or IDR 130K for a focused thirty.
Eleven full-body treatments and nine focused 30-minute options, all at Ungasan prices. Start here if you are still deciding.
The obvious pairing: 60 minutes of full-body Balinese, then 30 minutes on the feet. Balinese 60 min IDR 200K.
If the ache is higher up than your feet — shoulders, lower back, hips — this is the one. 60 min IDR 240K.
Two reclining chairs, side by side, both of you clothed. The easiest couples treatment to say yes to. From IDR 400K for two.
Swollen ankles and tired feet are the most common second and third trimester complaint. We work light and avoid the traditional pressure points.
Thirty minutes is the right call if your feet simply ache and you want them dealt with. Sixty is a full structured reflexology session — soak, soles, arches, heels, reflex zones and calves, without rushing any of it. Ninety adds a head, neck and shoulder finish, which is what most guests book once they have tried the sixty.

Sustained pressure rather than rubbing. Some points, particularly through the arch and under the ball of the foot, feel tender when held — that is normal and it fades within a few seconds. It should never be sharp or make you pull your foot away. Say so if it does and your therapist will ease off immediately. If you are ticklish, tell us at the start and we will use firmer contact, which solves it.
Clothed, in a reclining chair or on a table, trousers rolled past the calf.
Ten minutes in warm water with herbs and salt, which softens the skin and makes the pressure work far more comfortable.
Thumb and knuckle pressure held through the sole, worked across the arch and around the heel, one foot at a time.
Point work through the mapped reflex zones, then each toe individually, then the top of the foot and around the ankle.
Upward strokes through the calves to finish, then ginger tea. Your feet will feel light for the rest of the day.
IDR 220K for 60 minutes and IDR 300K for 90 minutes at our Ungasan spa. A focused 30-minute foot massage is IDR 130K.
Some points feel tender under sustained pressure, especially through the arch, but it should not be painful. Tell your therapist and they will ease off.
No. Roll your trousers up past the calf. Reflexology is done clothed, in a reclining chair or on a table.
